I have been working with Webography for a couple of years and I am extremely pleased with the work they have been doing for me. Both Tony and Linda are very proactive, enthusiastic and friendly. From the briefing discussion through to the delivery of the finished project I was kept up to speed with progress and invited to get involved with the various stages of the development. My requests were always taken on board even when they were unclear, complex or rushed. Despite my nearly total lack of understanding on web and software development Tony made sure I always understood how the websites and software would work and how I could get the most out of them. I have a very good relationship with Webography. They listen to everything I say and then discuss the ideas with a view to practicality and cost. They always take my requests into account. So they should, it's my website! If I want a new page or a new addition to the site they design a sample page that we work with before transfering to the site. Even before this I'm given a costing. So if I have asked for something that takes time to write up I'll Have the choice to modify my ideas if I have a budget.
I dont do Jargon so thay dont try it on me but I'm sure their capable of conversing however the customer feels most confortable.
I'm very happy with my site. It's always at the top of the search list thanks to them and the 'whats new' link on the home page was their idea.
I dont have any complaints.
