I am extremely happy with the endresult of my website. It fit exactly the brief I set out to achieve at the beginning.
I was a little disappointed that it took so very long to complete the website, but that is not down to webcreation's efforts. It's more down to the management of expectations. I was told originally that it would take around 8 weeks to complete the design stage. In my case this took a lot longer, but probably down to the long process of ideas forwards and backwards via email. My only suggestion is to set up a phone line as well, as the process would be much quicker if you could have a conversation rather than just emails.
I would be interested to know on average how long design stages take, and whether your initial estimation is correct.

I employed Webcreationuk.com in July 07 to build a website for me. Previous to that I had a website but it was too basic. I paid my first installment and was told that it would take just 6 weeks to complete the site from scratch. 6 months later I still do not have a live website! The whole process of dealing with them has been frustrating to say the least. What they don't tell you is that when you sign up with them that they then shop the job out to India and that you are then dealing via email with the Indian webdesigner and that their English unfortunately is not good enough to understand your requests for the site. Webcreation on the UK side's customer service is terrible and if they don't have to get involved with the process then they won't and often don't respond to phonecalls or emails sent to them. Many a time I would have to write 4 or 5 emails to the contact in India or the UK to get some sort of response and then it often wasn't relevant to the request i had made. There were tons and tons of mistakes made during creation of the website and often they would build something, complete one section and then ruin that by working on another section. Absolut shambles! The end product (once it is live) will look good, that is the only credit I can give them but I have lost thousands and thousands of online revenue due to my old website going down because the India side of webcreation messed around with my worldpay settings and rendered it unusable! I am tempted to sue them or to at least report them to the Trading standards. Not at any time have I been offered money back or an apology for the terrible service. I warn anybody - DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY!

The service from these guys was first class, initially I was really concerned about their unlimited site revisions claim as I was working to a tight time schedule that I could not afford to miss. Well the proof of the pudding is in the eating and they delivered 100%. The patience they showed with my endless changes and "final little tweaks" really helped me create the end result that I wanted and often the speed with which the changes were turned round was very impressive. I really liked the fact that the designer seemed to genuinely care about my satisfaction with his work and even when I thought I may have pushed him too far, he reminded me that it was his job to make sure that I was entirely happy with the look and feel of the site, what a refreshing approach!! My business focuses on salespeople making that all important first impression and it was vital that my website achieved the same for any prospective customers. Feedback on the look, feel and interactivity of the site has been fantastic and without exception people have commented on the very competitive price. As well as the flexibility for me to manage the content on two of the pages I have also been able to make "post live" changes to static pages and this has helped me fine tune the site in line with initial feedback received. I would like to thank the team at Webcreation UK for the fantastic work and effort put in to achieving a website I am very proud of.

Having had responsibility for updating a company website previously I did have an idea of the image I was looking to achieve when I established my own recruitment company in April 2007.

In talking with the designer allocated to me, I soon found that nothing was too much trouble and that he was always willing to consider my suggestions on the layout and use of the site, but at the same time I respected his expertise. Between us we created a website that portrays the image of my company and at the same time is one that people will want to visit. It is easy to navigate and before it was released, we made sure that any pages that required input, were working correctly.

It was important that we worked to a tight deadline as my website is my communication tool to the golf industry. Any amendments and additions to the site were always actioned promptly and communication was kept up continually.

Now that it is launched I have a very easy process to update many of the pages so that I can ensure all information is current and I have received numerous compliments from my visitors.
