A: We have many years experience and the best team of designer and developer that understands the needs of the client.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Business developer and ad-words

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Once contacted a developer and account manager will meet with the client. We will write a brief and show to the client, re-writes if needed will be written with the client. We then design concepts for the client and agree on a website look and feel. We then fully design the framework of the site. The site is then developed from the ground up, no templates are used. During the development process we will work with the client of written content and keywords to make sure we maximise the SEO potential of the site. Once the site is developed we proceed with an internal QA of the site and fix issues and usability problems. Once we are internally happy with the site we show the client and let then use it for some time giving us feedback continuously so we can fix any issues. Once client and us are happy we launch the site. Often then is done in a staged controlled manner often it it just put live and then marketed.

A: communication and trust

A: We get them to trust us in that we will deliver the website they want.

A: Make sure the agency understands their business needs and their customer.

A: One of the biggest agencies in the UK

A: Very similar to where it is now, with the recession many companies have realised that outsourcing development can be cheaper.

A: a very long brainstorming session with the 4 founders, and the availability of a web address.
