As a busy letting agent we tasked Chris to design a user friendly site which also gave the profesional image we wished to portray. We do lettings, we don't do web design, as such we needed someone who could go away and produce the goods for us with minimal fuss.

My relationship with Christopher, my web designer has been one to one at all times. He has always been on the other end of the phone and returned calls or e-mails within 24 hours. Usually within one hour! If I have needed him to come over to the house he has always worked within my convenience.
Christopher fullfilled every request I made but also added his own good ideas and advice. If I ever needed anything explaining Chris abliged perfectly.
I have been part of the whole process throughout and found Christopher exceeded all my expectations! He has added the benefit of a very clean and uncomplicated read and the pictures are beautifully clear.
I have at times needed changes, ie price increases, and up-to-date photographs, again, all I have needed to do is contact Christopher and he has immediately abliged all my requests.
The colour, layout and wording has been edited to the highest standard. My own customers have commented on "MY" fantastic web page, that always says it all.

I worked very closely with Christopher over the design period, with regular contact and testing to make sure that we got what we wanted out of the website. I was more than impressed with the speed that comments and requests were acted on, and more importantly how quickly the shell for our site was created.
