I love the ethos and the customer service is brilliant.
If you need a website, you don't want to get ripped off or bogged down in doublespeak call these guys.
From start to finish Very Good Websites Ltd surpassed our expectations.
They built the site exactly as requested, although they also made some helpful suggestions, which we used. They held our hands all the way, but always let us know they they were building OUR site and not there's so we were in charge.
They spoke to us in plain English, but were never patronising.
The outcome is just want we envisaged.
We were astounded at the speed of the build, which was just 24 hours from inception to going live. It was great to work with such a professional, yet friendly team.
I can't comment on complication because they anticipated them in advance, but the small changes we've asked for since have always been quick and easy.
