It has been a pleasure to work with Unplugged Webdesign. They have been there for the whole process,from the creation of my website to the completion. If I had new ideas or wanted to try something different they were more than happy to make these changes until I was completely happy. Steve Bailey came to visit us on site and took a great deal of time and care to get to know us and what we had to offer. He was keen to identify what made us unique. He then explained how he would design our website so that different customers could access the information they needed quickly and easily. He was able to explain technical jargon to us clearly and gave us confidence that we would be able to manage the website ourselves after the original design. This was exactly what we were looking for. Steve took our requests on board throughout the process and was very easy to deal with.
The website was completed ahead of schedule and is of a high quality. I found it very easy to work with Steve and he has assured us of ongoing support as and when we need it. This is so important. I can recommend Unplugged Webdesign to others who require an up to date web presence.
Steve is an exceptionally talented web site designer. He took the time to show me how to do everything i needed to know on how to maintain my site. His aftersales service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. if you have a problem it is dealt with straight away. Very highly recommended if you are looking for someone to build you a top rate website.
Customer relations are very good, with excellent communication and very swift to respond to queries and requests. I was kept informed of progress the whole time in a jargon free manner. Listened, and took notice of my input. Very helpful as well as being good value. Work was on time. Happy with the final outcome.

From my first meeting I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided. I met with
Steve and from the off, felt confident that not only was he listening to my needs as a
small business, but also that he had extensive up to date knowledge of SEO.
One of the first things offered to me was a Proposal on all works involved and what I
could expect. From the offset I felt involved and free to change any of my initial ideas.
As a Technophobe myself, the only two real concerns I had at that time were how the site
would look, and how it might reach potential clients.
Steve translated the look perfectly even offering and adding a few ideas of his own with
his own knowledge of website performance. Personally I was happy with what he came up
with, but felt had I not, it would not have been a problem to throw a few more ideas

The best thing for me though has been how I can manage the site myself: I see this as the

personal tuition I received ensured I felt thoroughly confident using it and help really
