A : As we operate from a simple business speak basis aiming to help our clients understand the benefits of the web. We like to strip down the techy speak and keep things professional but simple for both parties - Being a music fan unplugged is the best term to describe a base acoustic sound to convey a message through lyrics hence unplugged was chosen as we intend to convey our clients message through a website that works not just one that is technically clever.

We commissioned unplugged to complete our second website project without hesitation.
As always Steve understands exactly what we were aiming for with a new website and what we needed to achieve.
We had little if any business form our previous website in over 4 years and the key requirement was to change that and make it work hard for us.
Steve came up with the design concept that literally made us stand up as it looked so professional yet exciting and glamorous. This was something far beyond what had in mind and a credit to his creative design skills.
Within days of the website launching we received our first enquiry and since then a steady flow have come through which is in stark contrast to before. We're delighted with the results and always enjoy first class and prompt support from unplugged 7 days a week as we have now come to expect.
It is very re assuring to know you always have someone at the end of the phone or email and always receive the help you need every time.
We would have no hesitation in highly recommending unplugged webdesign for your website if you want to achieve real results.

Right from the very first meeting we knew we were in good hands with Unplugged. Steve understood exactly what we were aiming for with a new website and what we needed to achieve. We knew it wasn't the easiest of websites as there are so many factors to our business and we needed to cover everything. When it comes to hard work and determination Steve knows no bounds, he worked over and above our expectations and we felt we were being looked after all the time. Our business was Steve's business, nothing was too much for him, what ever we asked for he would deliver.
Even when the website was finished Unplugged were still there for any questions, queries or new ideas we might have. We cant thank Unplugged enough for all their hard work, expertise and enthusiasm. They understood that we were not 'techno wizards' but knew what we wanted and made sure they explained everything in a language we understood.
We were so confident in Unplugged we have now commissioned them to do another website for another business venture.

Steve Bailey came to visit us on site and took a great deal of time and care to get to know us and what we had to offer. He was keen to identify what made us unique. He then explained how he would design our website so that different customers could access the information they needed quickly and easily. He was able to explain technical jargon to us clearly and gave us confidence that we would be able to manage the website ourselves after the original design. This was exactly what we were looking for. Steve took our requests on board throughout the process and was very easy to deal with.
The website was completed ahead of schedule and is of a high quality. I found it very easy to work with Steve and he has assured us of ongoing support as and when we need it. This is so important. I can recommend Unplugged Webdesign to others who require an up to date web presence.

A: Working from a home base and travelling to copany offices to provide a free consultation where we listen to the clients requirements and fofer independant support, ideas and advice.

A: Referrals mainly as we pride ourselves in world class customer service. Our role is to work for our client and ensure they have the standard of profesisonalism they expect to deliver a website that deliveres results for them

A: Attention to detail is a core value for unplugged. Every single aspect is carefully managed crossing the t's and dotting the i's as we take absolulte responsibility for our clients website and aim to deliver the best result every time.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: listening. Our role is not to take over sir time and showcase how good we are our role is to listen to the client and get to know them, their brand, their products or services so we can properly copnnect them to their intended customer. It's always about the client.

A: All clients have demands and they should do as they are paying for a professional service and expect quality, support, results and trust. We passionately deliver all of these as part of our ethos as a business.

A: Always firstly make sure your shortlist is 'apples for apples' where the technical strength of the package is concerned. There is no substitute for quality. Secondly you want a company who understand your business as a primary opbjective. FInally a must is after sales support which you want for peace of mind.

A: We aim to be known as a highly credible and reputable company who maintain a techncial edge, whose focus is always about each client and working hard to help build their individual business through knowledge, skills, commercial know how and world class support

A: As important to business as food and water. Such a gloabl medium is essential and exciting for all size business to compete effectively.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: As we operate from a simple business speak basis aiming to help our clients understand the benefits of the web. We like to strip down the techy speak and keep things professional but simple for both parties - Being a music fan unplugged is the best term to describe a base acoustic sound to convey a message through lyrics hence unplugged was chosen as we intend to convey our clients message through a website that works not just one that is technically clever.

A: update it regularly with unique, quality content that appeals to their specific audience. It is important to be seen to care about your website and provide clear, concise punchy information that their customer wants to know quickly to make an informed buying decision.
