However, having to continue adding to make up 200 characters is not at all soothing!

What can i say this guy is brilliant.. He redesigned my site completly and made it so much more appealing to my customers with loads of built in functions that complement my business. the site is amazing and so easy to navigate through. Nothing ever seemed to faze him and always responded either with a phone call or email if i had any questions on progress or features on the site within a few hours.I am planning on 2 other sites before the summer and would not go anywhere else but to ugly toad web design.We have built a working friendship which is very rare in this day and age. This guy will move mountains to get your site finished to the way you want it and is a really nice guy to talk to. Wow! That's all I can say about the site and the service that we received from Ugly Toad.

Paul came round to our office and went through all our design ideas that we had and made it really clear and simple to us about what would work and what wouldn't (ok, so a lot of our ideas wouldn't have worked, but it was all done in a really nice and friendly way!). Then after that Paul gave us a rough idea of what we could do, then went away to get all his ideas together.

The very next day we received an email showing a rough sketch of the site and a listing of the possible site sections we could use. Also Paul went through all the payment options we could use. After we went through it all with him we decided that everything was pretty much spot on and Paul went ahead with getting together an initial site design, which again was spot on!

Paul went ahead with the real site and then after it was completed - again in an amazing time - Paul came back to the office armed with printed instructions for us to be able to use the system. Paul then took his time going through everything in nice normal (not computer person) language, which really helped and made everything seem really easy for us to understand (although we did have to phone a couple of times about bits that we really should have remembered!).

Since the site went live we've already had quite a few of our normal telephone order people use the site and they think it's really easy to get around and find the products.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ugly Toad for any website work that you have. Give them a call or drop them an email - they always seem to be able to make time to talk to you like a normal human being!

I was in need of a fresher website, I contacted Uglytoad and was best pleased with the ideas and suggestions that Paul Young came up with.
I was sent a survey about the basics of what I wanted the site to do for me, communication through the building of the site was excellent, I received e-mails daily and was frequently kept up to date with how the site was coming along.

After around 7 weeks my site was built and went live, along with full e-mail facility too. The cost was very reasonable, considering that websites are not built over night and take many hours of work and tweaking to get them looking to your requirements.

I would definately recommed this company to anyone who was thinking of having a website build.

What can I say? Ugly Toad managed to come up with a spectacular site from the very brief design brief we gave them.

The way the site has been put together with such fantastic use of colour that perfectly matches our own images is amazing.
