Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: United Experts is organized as a "lifestyle business" where owners and employees use it as a tool that provides comfortable income and pleasant work environment. In order to achieve the letter goals we exceed our client’s expectations by delivering concrete and profitable web solutions which ensure that clients would reinvest part of the profit in further development with us, as well as secure pleasant and stress-free project environment for the benefit of both parties.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office is a relaxed and creative environment which stimulates good work and personal well being. Although, stress-free and relaxed, we follow excellent project management and business processes which ensure superior quality and timely delivery.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We work partly in office and partly from home. There is no strict hierarchy, so office communication is casual. When working from home we use DimDim for online meetings as well as company intranet for task management.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our primary focus in web development is to create sites that bring business profit. Practical approach and vast experience ensure that significant, assessable value is added to the projects we undertake. So, don’t be afraid that we would get carried away by cool graphics or latest technologies. On the end it all has to result with business profit which we hope you will partly reinvest in further web development.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through recommendations and our website.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We use System Development Lifecycle methodology.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Our clients truly appreciate truthfulness of our consulting, sales advice, fair pricing and direct communication style. Many of our clients state that we are the most trustworthy company they ever worked with.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Big majority of our clients are pleasantly surprised after project presentation primarily because they are truly shocked when they see what they received for their money. That is because our strategy is to over exceed client’s expectations with overall project results thus making it irrelevant and even inconvenient to mention small details.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Most web design companies focus on the very design or web programming which is a very wrong approach. Ask them to properly explain how your website will become a concrete business tool; e.g. how will it enable you to make money, improve business processes…

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We see it being the same as today, obviously embracing all the new technological, communication, and business developments.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web users would be more demanding as the ease-of-use and stylish design wouldn’t be enough for the full impact. User Experience would become the most important factor in attracting and keeping customers covering all aspects of the user’s interaction with the product or service. As more expertise would be needed to create successful User Experience (psychology, anthropology, computer science, graphic design, industrial design and cognitive science), many small web design companies would fail.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: When creating a website, you have to imagine sitting across a person from your target audience and communicating your offer to him or her.
