Having my website created was a breeze. I simply emailed my thoughts & ideas and chose from the designs that were emailed back (really quickly). I like the fact that the designs encouraged me to do something a bit different from the norm.
My website was built very quickly. I asked for numerous 'tweaks' during the build (as I'm very picky) and they were done quickly and efficiently. I like the fact that I was told they wouldn't be happy until I was totally happy, so I was encouraged to 'tweak'. I felt like a valued customer instead of an annoying fussy customer!
The thing I really like about my website is the ease with which I can now change it. Even though I only make changes once or twice a year, Traverse have given me a database & a structure that is so easy to modify & edit, that I can easily do my own changes, even if each time I go in, I've forgotten how to use it! It's all intuitive and structured well, that I remember quickly. Having had an 'old' website before which required me to upload files etc for each change, my new one can be modified in seconds - which is brilliant.
All in all, an easy and efficient process & service. Nice to find a website company who charges realistic fees and whom you can trust. Absolutely recommend Traverse
Traverse Designs have been superb in the creation of my website. They have managed to create the service led feel that I was after from a very sketchy brief.
Even when there were technical issues with the web space provider I was using, Traverse took it all in their stride and just dealt with it, quickly and without fuss. The two overriding things that came out of my dealings with Traverse was that firstly the communications are excellent and secondly nothing is too much trouble. They exceeded my expectations and it is good too find a business that more than delivers what they promise.
I cannot speak highly enough of the team and would recommend them to anyone.
Like any new venture you always have worries, however our doubts were unfounded as we were lead by Traverse Designs stage by stage through the various processes until launch day. The costings were as quoted and very reasonable. Nothing seemed too much trouble and my project manager was responded very quickly to my queries. No nasty surprises and the support Traverse supplied has been second to none. It's so nice to think that the old values of service and customer satisfaction are still alive and kicking. I have since taken out SEO with Traverse who continue to impress.
