A: What? We talk to each other to ensure that we are 100% certain that we can meet and exceed out client's expectations on any projects we take on.

A: Our approachability and we do not send client's an invoice until they are 100% satisfied with the completed project,

A: Online enquiries received through our website and referrals.

A: We talk to clients to ensure that we know exactly what they require. We then offer them a formal proposal and a quote.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We shoot them - no, I am joking. Actually we do get demanding clients. We tend to just try to give them what they want as soon as possible. If we have perhaps underestimated for the work we just get on with it. We try to complete is as soon as possible then move on, taking it as a lesson learned.

A: Price will always be a factor but we advise clients to seek verifiable testimonials.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We are a small business that is happy where we are. We have no ambitions to do anything other than keep our clients happy and to earn a living of course, so we would be happy to be doing the same thing in 10 years time.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I think our business is getting harder all the time. There is so much competition from part timers and people who do not pay tax. Hopefully there will be more regulation of web design companies.

A: I started the business in 2001 and I chose the name "Toucher" from the lawn bowling term,
