”In the beginning the majority of my work consisted of family and friends passing my details or word of mouth in the local area, today this still bring in some work, but a large proportion is now through the web and my growing reputation.”

What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?

”Speaking face to face. Conference calls do allow a close relationship, but being next to a person in a room allows for greater conversation and a more creative atmosphere.
All work and practices can be clearly explained and is necessary shown to the client.”

How do you manage demanding clients?

”The same as I would a less demanding client, with respect. At the end of the day they know what they want, and thats is what we aim to deliver.”

”Check there current portfolio, see what they have and can do. Read there reviews, are the positive and show the company in a good light. Finally contact there clients, they can tell you the real truth about a company.”
