Can not rave highly enough about Computer Geek. Extremely professional service, great feedback and communication and very creative design. Very affordable and would recommend to anyone. Communication was excellent from day one and they managed to design a great looking site from very little information. They read my mind ! The entire customer service element was second to none, especially as I was very remote at one point from Jamie on a different time zone. The time taken to design and publish the site was extremely quick. Would recommend them to anyone anywhere.
We were looking for a website to provide all the functionality for an Estate and Letting Agency but didn't really know how we wanted it to look. As we were totally IT illiterate, we needed a company that could take our thoughts and turn them into a fully compliant and visually effective website. After many patient trials with us, the Isle of Wight Computer Geek took all our ideas and produced a website that ideally reflects our image. We must have really tested his patience but never once did he hesitate to carry out any little tweeks that we suddenly thought of and believe us, they were numerous. They've been amazing at always answering my emails very fast, usually just an hour after I sent them.
Just a few days after they've put all the changes online, we already see much better search results.
I also want to point out that they had to communicate back and forth with my website designer, who's in Germany.
I'm in Florida, and even though we've gone back and forth between 3 countries it's all been very easy.
My designer wasn't that easy to deal with, but TIOWCG was very patient in explaining why and what for they need whatever they needed.
I'm highly impressed with their skill level and am already recommending them to other business owners.
