Ansta Ltd: ”We aim to talk in plain English, provide all the options to give the client the option to make informed decisions. Once instructed we provide a solution that goes above the original request to exceed the clients expectations but without charging more than was originally agreed.”

Ansta Ltd: ”A light and airy environment with a fun but professional attitude to our work.”

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Ansta Ltd: ”All the team pull together from the initial enquiry and quoting stage, through to the design of the site, the designer then works closely with the programmers to develop the complete package.”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Ansta Ltd: ”We have the knowledge and expertise to create new and exciting developments and undertake projects that companies who are 5 times our size cannot cope with!”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Ansta Ltd: ”Recommendation and networking. We are established and well known in our area.”

Ansta Ltd: ”Seek concept and design approval, then commence with the build, testing then launch.”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Ansta Ltd: ”Friendship and an understanding of what can be delivered within budget with no nasty surprises.”

Ansta Ltd: ”We have many demanding clients, and provide solutions to the problems they are faced with and give them options to make an informed decision.”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Ansta Ltd: ”Portfolio, portfolio, portfolio - oh and a chat to ensure the client can work together with the web development company.”

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Ansta Ltd: ”When the company was originally established it was known as Optimedia, the name had to change (long story!) to Ansta which stands for A New STArt.”

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Ansta Ltd: ”Treat the website as another arm to the business and not just a sales or marketing tool - effort needs to be put into the development and promotion of the site.”
