Reviews
I needed a website that helped promote my film but in an engaging and visual way. Steve's design and creativity helped facilitate that in a simple and inviting manner. He was extremely flexible and collaborative, helping me to focus on what really mattered and showcasing it in such an attractive and accessible way. The whole process was simple and stress-free, just what you want. Highly recommended.
As a small Health and Safety consultancy we wanted a bespoke website created that highlighted the services we can offer, but in a clear way and with an attractive design. Steve Andrews Web Design not only did that, but did it in such a way that it made the whole process easy for us. This is our second website - the first demonstrated that during the setting up process there is huge potential during the process for frustration, miscommunication and misunderstandings. None of this happened with Steve Andrews who was great at listening, interpreting what was required and then quickly and accurately responding to the needs as they arose. You very quickly know that you're dealing with someone with real expertise and technical knowledge but who is also very flexible and imaginative - often proposing solutions that we hadn't even thought of. Better still Steve made a real effort at keeping us updated on the work he was carrying on for us and has continued to provide support afterwards. Steve Andrews Web Design has been a real pleasure to work with, efficiently delivering a great-looking website on time and on budget. Choosing them to redesign and look after our website was one of the best marketing/advertising decisions we've made and I'd be very keen to use them again when the time comes that we need to create other websites.
The best part about the site is that Steve actually listened to what I wanted and delivered it. I wanted it nice and simple to use but looking professional which Steve carried out perfectly.
Any glitches or changes have been sorted out immediately and he worked hard to tailor my text to be google friendly which has paid off immediately.
My site comes up on the first page of a google search after only six weeks of being launched. I am now looking for an extra member of staff to cope with the work this has generated, should have done it years ago.

How do you get the majority of your business?

WWDC:
How do you manage demanding clients?
Steve Andrews Web Design:
”All clients are demanding, but some more than others. I listen and react to their demands. If clients ask for things outside the original requirements, I explain they will need to pay for the extra work. For new clients I offer to do part of the extra work for free.”
WWDC:
If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Steve Andrews Web Design:
”Before shortlisting, research company portfolios and evaluate their services against requirements. Then talk to each company to determine they: listen to your needs; explain issues clearly; know your industry: share your vision for the site.
Request references and think ahead. Ask suitable questions if you expect to build long-term relationships.
”
