Splitpixel Creative Ltd: we all sit near to key team members - communication is key to achieving the best results for our clients. face to face is king, both internally and externally!

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Splitpixel Creative Ltd: we approach each project from an optimisation prospective, looking to see how the website can be designed and built to achieve the best results on the search engines. we review each website after 2 months online to check feedback and optimisation. Pro-active communication with clients is integral - we let them know whats out there which may benefit them :)

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Splitpixel Creative Ltd: 80% is on recommendation which is fab...the remaining is mostly generated from online marketing.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Splitpixel Creative Ltd: we have a project manager who organises the brief and keeps the project running smoothly, on-time and to budget. the client also has direct contact with the designer and web developer to create the best outcome. 3 key people are involved at every stage. A flexible approach is taken and we work hard to exceed expectations for every client. we also keep in touch with all clients on a regular basis.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Splitpixel Creative Ltd: honesty, commitment, understanding and passion

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Splitpixel Creative Ltd: no client is demanding...we do the job well and anticipate each individual clients needs.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Splitpixel Creative Ltd: it's really about communication and trust, trust they will produce the results you are looking for. i'd ask to speak to current customers and get feedback this way :)

Splitpixel Creative Ltd: its just going to grow and grow - most business will be initiated on-line and web applications will become more and more sophisticated!
