I have known the team behind Snorkel IT since secondary school, and when I found out they were in the website development business I immediately approached them for a setup meeting as our original website was in need of a drastic overhaul.
At every step of they process they communicated well, followed our requests as closely as possible and kept us up to date with how the website was progressing. The Snorkel CMS system meant that they could design our website template exactly how we wanted it, and updated the layout whenever we requested changes.
They were very good at keeping the correspondence jargon free, and even helped set up our e-mail adresses.
The price for the amount of work they conducted was very fair, and they dealt with the somewhat complicated IP transfer process with ease.
We were quick to recommend their services to another client of ours.
