We were approached by the Directors Christopher Underwood and Neli Ban after their programmer left, were commissioned to finish off some projects that they were stuck on and were letting clients down.
We had over £6,500 worth of invoices due with Smooth when they decided to go into liquidation. When we heard they were going into liquidation, we tried many times to contact Chris & Neli and we were threatened on the telephone by one of their associates after continually trying to contact them, they have not yet to date, tried to pay any of our invoices.
Because of this, we suffered badly and almost went under, the £6,500 remains unpaid.
These people do not care nor do they have a conscience, we helped them out massively and this is the thanks we get.
If Chris & Neli are reading this, we would really like to be paid.
