We are extremely happy with our new website built by Smart Marketing & Media Group and I am sure that it will serve us well.
The site has turned out much better than we ever thought it could be. Everyone we know who has commented on our site say it is very easy to use and very enjoyable to visit.

Having had some bad experiences in the past with website companies not delivering as promised. I approached The Smart Marketing Group with caution, however, from the start of the process right through to finish I have felt fully informed and confident in their ability to deliver. From initial signing up, design and development, training and go-live support everyone has been more than helpful. We are delighted with the end result and now have 3 fresh looking websites which have captured everything we are looking for. Even when there have been hiccups along the way as there invariably are the team at SmartUK have been quick to respond and deal with issues. Even though everyone I have dealt with has been helpful I would like to make a special mention to Ben Wake and Abby Collins as they have received several distressed emails from me during the process on various things and have always offered support and prompt and professional solutions.
I am very pleased we chose to go through Smart UK and have already had Clients and Contacts ask us who did our site for their own use. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

This company is great and professional at building websites, they did a great job on www.evertonhostel.com. Thanks to matt and the team.

My problem was they did not keep to their word on running the site from my linux host as a php joomla site. after being forced to host my site on their servers, they remove the dns forward so guests could not longer obtain info or book on my site. They did not provide access to the data for 6 months after chasing and 9 months later i finaly uploaded the data to find its not the data i had edtied on the server for Jul Aug 2012. no assitance in handover of data to get me up and running plus any repeat business so i have lost out here but gained a half working site.

If you wanted to solve this, I guess it would have been done earlier.

I came to 'Smart Marketing & Media Group Ltd' after having a frustrating and expensive experience with a well known web design company. I was apprehensive about trusting another company but my website had to be redesigned if it was to start converting web browsers into paying customers. From my first telephone conversation with Jim in the sales team through to going live, I felt informed and that my opinions were listened too.

I gave quite an explicit brief to the designer (Thom) and he phoned me to make sure he understood exactly what I was envisioning before starting. He came up with a very smart design for the home page and the other templates were designed to compliment it. Thom never tried to push his own design ideas on me but on several occasions suggested small tweaks which massively improved the website. I made several changes to the design (Mainly because I lack imagination and need to see a visual before I can make decisions) and Thom was very obliging and patient. I cannot express how happy I was with his commitment, design skills and enthusiasm! I have never had to wait more than 2 days for a reply to my emails (7 – 10 days would pass with the other company). All enquiries that required the experience of someone in a different department were dealt with immediately.

When it came time to coding the website Gretchen, Tammy and the team ensured that the website was user friendly and easy to navigate. They installed some handy applications such as a postcode checker and maintained the same level of impeccable service that Jim and Thom had started.

As a builder, I don’t have much time for people who make excuses or promises that never materialise and I was quick to tell the last web design company what I thought of them when they let me down. There was no such need with Smart Marketing & Media Group Ltd. It was a pleasant, informative and exciting experience which has left me looking for excuses to design a second website.

I cannot praise these guys enough!

I was at the time looking for a company who would enhance and improve my web sites appearance and performance. My reservations were that, if someone were to re build my site and take over the hosting, would there be any adverse effect, would my precious web site, which was already well established, suffer in any way as a consequence of any changes.

I searched Google for what I considered would be the best company and found that Smart Group repeatedly ranked highest in searches. With some trepidation I called them.

The service Smart provided was reassuring, professional and appeared to be expert to me ( I am an IT layman). I went to the trouble of calling into their offices and met with the team. They listened and understood my requirements and gave me the confidence to place an order.

What has transpired has far exceeded my expectations. Smart has produced a great site which is simple for me to update, and much more importantly it has now zoomed up the search engine rankings in many different areas, I have had excellent feedback and it has brought my company a substantial increase in new high quality sales. Plus the on-going support and assistance I have received from Smart has been perfect.

My initial concerns were entirely unfounded. The Smart Group have great expertise, they are all pleasant, professional people and I confidently recommend them to others.

Nicola was a great start to the relationship. She was pleasant and friendly and made the process simple to understand. She and Simon had some great ideas and by the end of the meeting I was blown away.
All requests I made were covered and more. Nick and Simon both had a great input in the design and I am very happy with how it looks. I got a little lost on a couple of elements, but Luke and the others took time to clear up my confusion and it all became clear.
I am really impressed with the final result and I know I have got great value for my money. I am very impressed with the whole service.

Our new site had to be just right and working with Luke was great. We were able to work closely together to get our site looking great and suitable for our market. I felt in the loop at all stages and the communications with them was always simple and clear.
I am very happy with the end result and I got everything I expected from Smart. I have learned a lot from their team and Callum was especially good.
