The team that undertook the building of our website were a highly professional team who listened to us and our requirements and undertook them to the highest level we could hope. Their customer service was second to none and their information was always helpful and accurate. They kept us upto date every step of the way with regard to progress of the site and we were able to watch as they made changes to the site to ensure they were what we were wanting to acheive. We do have some experience with building website but even so they didn't overwhelm us with jargon and anything we weren't sure about they patiently explained the correct steps to take. The site was well beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend Smart Design & Print.
We have only used Smart Design and Print on a couple of occasions. As we had not done this type of mailer by email before we asked for advice as we were not sure how it work and if the email could be sent from ourselves. They gave us advice and explained we could do the mailshot in the way we wanted. It was explained in a manner which we understood as we are not computer experts.
We found Smat Design to be very flexible as we requested our job was done at very short notice, this was not a problem. They were very accommodating and more than willing to help.
We did not incur any complications at all, both jobs were completed in a professional manner and we received a good response from our customer base.
We were very happy with the outcome of the job and would definitely use Smart Design again and recommend them to other companies.

Smart Management have been an excellent company to deal with providing a professional but friendly service. Over the past few months they have worked towards our partnerships requirements and have developed an up to date, fresh, informative website.
