Carol Herbert was recommended to me by a fellow Florida homeowner and after an initial 'phone call most of our correspondence was by e-mail. I pretty much left it to Carol with just a few ideas from myself and the end result more than met my expectations - it exceeded them. Apart from a few minor changes, Carol came up with a number of other ideas and I particularly liked the logo for the site. We have a monthly contract which works well in that we can make changes/amendements as and when we need to.
I have received a good deal of positive feed-back about the site - ease of use, to move round (even more important to me as a lazy user !) etc with favourable comments from other web designers, which is praise indeed.
