They just do what you want, when you want! they also help if there is something out there that you need not just because they can sell it too you it's just offered politely along with steering you clear of fads and pit falls. Carol Herbert was recommended to me by a fellow Florida homeowner and after an initial 'phone call most of our correspondence was by e-mail. I pretty much left it to Carol with just a few ideas from myself and the end result more than met my expectations - it exceeded them. Apart from a few minor changes, Carol came up with a number of other ideas and I particularly liked the logo for the site. We have a monthly contract which works well in that we can make changes/amendements as and when we need to.

Carol gets stuff done very quickly and to the brief. She has a "can-do" attitude and seems to work on the basis that it is better to make some progress and change a couple of things afterwards than to do nothing. This way, the job moves along quickly and we get the chance to tweak things as it progresses.
Carol is the only designer we have worked with who can speak on our level instead of blinding us with technical jargon. As a consequence we felt excited about the project whereas we used to hate it!
