Scott at Westlab recently came to us to update his existing online shop, selling bath salts for improving skin-health. Scott wanted to pass the maintenance, updating and general management of his website over to us. His new site looks much the same as it did, we kept the colour, layout and main images the same. Scott used our photography service and had new, clearer photos taken of his products. Scott’s new website now has much improved functionality, it is easier to navigate, and Westlab now appears in Google searches. Scott has added a forum to his site, so customers can exchange experiences with their health problems, and success with Westlab products. Scott has also made use of our business consultancy service, having asked us to improve his online sales volume. Watch this space! We are sure we can work with Scott in helping him drive his business forward.

Judy Mott’s site is an on-line brochure displaying her beautiful, hand-made wedding gowns. Judy updates her dresses seasonally. We place the new photographs on her website for her as she is always busy. Our websites are all designed to be easily maintained so that you can choose to perform the updates yourself if you choose to. Judy is now planning to use our CMS (content management system), which she can fully update herself (although I expect she will ask us to maintain it for her). This will enable her to show prices for her wedding dresses, although she doesn’t want people to order online (as dresses are made to measure). So Judy’s site will operate and look more like a shop, with all the searching advantages, except that there will be no actual shopping-cart option.

Key to Health is an e-commerce site, which is making full use of all our add-on services. Key to Health sells nutritional supplements, is a source of information on health conditions and has a forum for customers to share health problems and solutions with other registered site-users. The forum is managed by a qualified nutritionist who can edit or delete content as appropriate. A newsletter facility also exists where customers can sign up (or cancel) their subscription. Key to Health choose to update their own site, which is so simple to do with Sitepro’s back-end technology. Our customers don’t need to be IT geeks to be able to have full control over their web content and updating. We showed staff at Key to Health all they need to know in order to maintain their site in just a couple of hours. Key to Health is currently expanding its business and are now consulting us in how to generate more online sales. We know Key to Health have a very sound business operation and we can get their sales up in no time.
