WWDC: What's your name and position in the company?
Sitello: Stephen Boot BSc, Internet Solutions Engineer

WWDC: Describe your company in 5 words.
Sitello: Good honest value. Dynamic, innovative.

WWDC: What's your business philosophy?
Sitello: I want to enable businesses to make the most out of the internet by putting them in touch with their customers, simplifying processes, connecting disparate systems and bringing them up to date with technology that I believe will really bring a true return on investment.

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Sitello: I mainly work from home, which is where I feel most comfortable and is also good for the environment because I don't have the need to commute. A fibre optic broadband connection and a PC is all I need. Oh, and a hosted VOIP phone for making calls to and from anywhere in the world!

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Sitello: I may be a freelancer, but I have many people in my network who are knowledgeable about any technology you can think of. The best solution to your business or IT problems is only a quick phone call, email or instant message away!

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Sitello: I will not sell you any particular product or service unless I genuinely think it will work for you.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Sitello: Recommendations from friends, customers and businesses I have worked with previously.

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Sitello: Each customer and project is different and is treated according to its needs.

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Sitello: I believe realism, truthfulness and communication create a happy, trusting relationship.

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Sitello: Always keep demanding clients updated.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Sitello: Review their customers and see if there are any you recognise.

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Sitello: At the moment, some web sites can't seem to decide the category in which they should fit. In the future, I believe there will be two types of web site. Those that are designed to work for a specific purpose and those that are intended to be a piece of artwork.

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Sitello: PC

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Sitello: It is a combination of the words "SITE" (as in web site), "TELL" (as in communicate) and "HELLO" (a greeting). (It has nothing to do with electric cellos or sitars!)

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Sitello: Make sure you are in touch with your audience so that you can update it little and often with content that is interesting and appropriate to get them begging for more!
