Sims Designs: ”We send them packing to someone else! (joking). Luckily they are few and far between, but it's surprising how much is lost in email translation, so a quick phone call is the starting point.”

Sims Designs: ”I decided to name it after myself as I was a sole trader at the time, and wanted to keep things nice and friendly and accountable. Not keen on things like 123design, abcwebdesign, etc.”
