From a customer service point of view, they were endlessly patient with my copy changes and design suggestions. Hosting has proved very reliable - to the best of my knowledge, I have never experienced any downtime.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars for end user satisfaction is I am not sure how effective the design is in getting my website picked up by search engines and have paid for a Search Engine Optimisation service.
