WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Signature Image Consultants: ”Telephone conversation with client followed up with an email summary of their business needs and ballpark prices. We'd then move onto a fact finding meeting with client to come with a detailed specification. We'd appoint a project manager and provide client with an estimate of costs, functional specification and lead time for development and sign-off stages. One approved we'd produce wire frames for all webpages which once approved would be handed over to our designers to produce colour visuals which would need approval. Once approved the project is handed over to our web development team and the site would be developed on a test server. Once approved site will go live and we will help client market their website online.”

Signature Image Consultants: ”Try and ask the right questions to clarify vague needs into specific measurable goals and help client prioritise this list and be flexible about your payment terms. ”
