Company recommended by reviewer

We have appeared on first page of Google list two months after they begun work - cheap, quick, friendly and absolutely professional service.
I never experienced that I could get all informations before I will sign an contract: four hours of SEO and web design free of charge "training", so I could order exactly I want.
Maybe best review is that I moved all my web stuff under SWD, oredered re-building of whole site and bring new customers there. One wisecrack at the ending: They will not make web expert of you, but some people will think you are one :-)

WWDC: Describe your company in 5 words.
SWD Aberdeen: Modern client oriented professional company

SWD Aberdeen: Full of light and books.

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
SWD Aberdeen: Everybody has own task. Graphic folk is not thinking in code, computer folk is... computer folk. So it is easy - where the first one are ending (paper, pencil, acrylic colors, PhotoShop, Illustrator, inDesign) are other begins (everything else from PHP to CSS).

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
SWD Aberdeen: We are rock solid. You will everytime get more you expect, because we know, what you will need tomorrow. We give you two year's guarantee. And we are DOING analysis before coding.

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
SWD Aberdeen: By hard work. There is no another way.

SWD Aberdeen: 1 analysis of customer's expectations, 2 model of website, 3 designers, 4 programmers, 5 SEO

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
SWD Aberdeen: Telling the truth and make clear what is our part and what is client's part of work. Website is match of content, webdesign, programming, seo and much more. We can do all of it or only choosen parts. You can be first on tenth in Google. Your convert ratio can be 0.05 or 0.1...

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
SWD Aberdeen: Promptly.

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
SWD Aberdeen: Ask the questions and demand the guarantee: if I'll order that - happens this. Who will take care about site? About domain? About SEO? About listing in Search Engines? Why Flash? Why javascript? Why anything he paying for.
