Jon at Satellite7 managed the entire process with an impressive service delivery from start to finish.
Clear directions and guidance throughout took the work 'and stress' out of the whole process, Satellite7's excellent creative approach and useful suggestions all brought the project together to make our web presence exactly as we wanted.
I was delighted with the finished site and amazed at the speed and efficiency it was produced and will be referring Satellite7 to others as well as considering for any further web development in the future...
This was the first time i had had a website made so it was great to work with a company who could understand my ideas as well as advise me on the best ways to go about it. i was more than pleased with the results and have had such good feed back from my customers. It was great to see immediate impact through having the website and was so well worth the investment. i would seriously recommend working with Satellite 7 - with them being a small business you get a swift reliable friendly service with the professionalism and knowledge required to build a contemporary well functioning Website.
As a designer myself I wanted a web designer/developer who would, while having their own ideas, be able to make my vision for my website come true.
Jon took all my ideas and made them into something tangible and most of all workable. I felt encouraged to converse freely with Jon. He understood what I was trying to achieve and made it happen.
I have felt comfortable and encouraged to go back to him if anything goes wrong if I make a mistake when updating my site.
I get lots of compliments for my site. I'm very happy!
We have been delighted with the service provided. From the initial design discussion through to final upload Jon has been a pleasure to work with. He followed the original brief, explained clearly and simply any technical issues that arose and completed the work promptly. In fact we were up and running far sooner than I could have expected. His interpretation of our requirements was spot on. Communications were excellent, we were kept up to speed with progress at every stage and any changes or queries were dealt with without delay. I have been exceptionally impressed by the efficiency of this business. Most importantly, everything worked, it had all been carefully tested and proved prior to upload and we had our first booking within hours of the site being uploaded.
My Website designer, Jon Packman is professional and friendly, his communication skills are fantastic, particularly consdering my lack of knowledge in certain areas, he explained everything clearly and with easily understandable language. My thoughts and ideas were taken into consideration at each stage and I was always given final approval for any work published.
I was so happy with the final website, it was far better than I had imagined it would turn out, and my business has grown noticably since.
I continue to have a good friendship with Jon and am glad that along with an awesome website I now have a good friend.
I am very pleased to say that I have nothing but but high praise for 'satellite 7' and their services. To start, the relationship between my self and the designer made every stage of the process easy and enjoyable, even allowing me to visit on a couple of occasions to have a one to one chat and share first hand my ideas and needs. I had been looking to start a web site for a long time and had specific design and function ideas that were all taken into consideration and to my suprise, improved on 10 fold by my designers knowledge, enthusiasm and obvious passion for the task at hand.
From the very beginning, i felt fully involved in the design process having, as i said before, several one to one meetings with the designer to express my views and share my ideas, i would then go away from these meetings and receive between 5 and 10 different design ideas and variations via email only a few days later, all moving closer to the final design and filling me with both excitement and confidence that i would be extremely pleased with the final product. Which I am :)
Not being very computer savvy, i found it very refreshing to be talked through each stage of the process, and informed of the technical changes that were needed in a way that i understood rather than being confused with the technical computer jargon i am used to hearing. This made it easy for me to come up with alternatives to my ideas where needed and gave me useful information as to how and why websites work and function for different causes.
Over all, i am extremely please with the service that satellite 7 have provided me, and am chuffed to bits with the final product. last but by no means least is the continued help and support i am still receiving. My website uses word press which is a programme i have never used before but rather than being a scary thing i am enlightened and loving learning about it and know that i can email the designer with any questions i have and they continue to update and tweek any thing on the site that is needed as well as talking me through the process so that i can eventually update the site for myself.
To close, I can not recommend 'satellite 7' and their services enough. I am now the owner of a website I am proud of and very happy to use as a promotional tool for my music and art projects, and confident that they continue to be on hand for any queries i have or help i may need.
