Root Creative worked with The National Wallace Monument to re-design and re-launch the website for this important tourist attraction, which is the principal destination for visitors who wish to learn about the Scottish patriot and martyr Sir William Wallace.
Throughout the re-design process Root Creative demonstrated not only their enthusiasm for the project, but also their ability to accommodate the needs of the business, and to balance those with the needs of the visitor and user. The website is required to both market the attraction to prospective visitors and at the same time provide essential information to customers, and Root Creative's design skills were particularly valuable it developing solutions to satisfy both these requirements.
Aspects of the service provided by Root Creative which are especially welcome include good communications, and their willingness to make recommendations for improving and developing the website on an ongoing basis.
We found Root Creative an excellent website company to deal with and would have no hesitation in recommending them as a web design company.
Since commencing our relationship, we have always found Root Creative to be extremely professional and competent and have every faith in their capabilties . They worked with us on the website design from start to finish and ensured that we were happy with the design at all stages. The website was produced within the promised timescales and we were provided a link to enable us to view the progress of the site at all stages of its development and make any suggestions and recommendations. We were involved in all stages of the website design and were always communicated with in Jargon free language.
