Reviews
We had contemplated changing our website for some time, but previous investigations into a design which allowed for on-line purchases, and the addition of a basket which allowed for the customer to be involved in the design process, had led us to believe this would not only be a time consuming and costly process, but require us to learn about the art of web design ourselves in order to maintain the site and add new designs once it had been completed.
Chris at Renaissance was realistic, understanding, reassuring and extremely confident that there was no need to concerned. He listened to what we were looking for, investigated other sites already trading and used these as a development tool to establish what we really needed and thought of things we hadn't even considered (such as the phychology of colours) but at no point made us feel like we had asked a stupid question (although I am sure some of them probably were!)
He understood that we do not work a standard 9-5, Mon-Fri week and was able to offer support out of hours by email and remote assistance, keeping us informed at every stage of development, and explaining everything in a completely idiot-proof way. He has included a blog, and explained why this is a good thing to have
He has, since the site went live, also been happy to provide back up as we continue to add our products to the catalogue and provide feedback in relation to the way we have done this.
We have had very positive responses from our key contacts, and from the customers who have seen the before and after.
Thank you so much!
