I have to say that the service we recieved from redstar Creative was second to none, Darren was great, he kept in touch with us pretty much all the way down the line, in fact he became one of the lads. We exchanged ideas with eachother, and got exactly what we wanted, if not more. Darren kept in touch with us every step of the way, and we was more than well informed of what stages they where at. Darren and the team spoke to us very clearly, with no technical jargon, when it comes to technical, im not the smartest guy, but not once did i have any issues. We in what seemed no time had our site up and running, and got far more than what we expected, we had in our mind what we wanted, but redstar did us proud, any ideas that we had Darren tweaked, and as i say the outcome was great. Any problems we had where minimal, and where dealt with, with no issues in any way, great job, well done to redstar, and darren.
RedStar Creative designed my website within all time and specification parameters. I was kept fully informed of its progress and given opportunities to give feedback throughout. I love the design which has a particular client group in mind and have had nothing but positive feedback from colleagues. I was asked by someone the other day if I knew about the traffic to my website. My response was that I didn't but that I have complete trust and confidence in RedStar Creative to be monitoring that information and to be giving me the best and most appropriate advice to optimise the site. RedStar provided us with a website that will help us keep all Oldham Athletic fans updated about the Trust and help us recruit new members and promote our fund-raising events.
Darren came up with some innovative ideas such as the prediction league and news aggregator to give people a reason to keep coming back to the site.
In addition, by setting up an advertising server, and getting advertisers on-board and deals with affiliate programmes we’ve been able to keep the cost of having a website to an absolute minimum.
I am sure there can not be a beter service out there my old website has gone from this www.camotors.co.uk to the new look RedStar given me to www.carbay.co.uk :-) ok it has cost but sales have gone off the wall !
During our first meeting with Darren from RedStar Creative we was instantly put at ease, Darren was keen to collect all our thoughts and then deliver a package that was tailor made to us. I found this company gave a very efficient and friendly service. The site developed by Redstar for me has been extremeley successful re hits and the feedback from customers who have used the site, say it is very easy to navigate and the profesional layout made them feel confident to go ahead and order with us.
I now regularly use the company to constantly add to the site and they also do all my advertising - leaflets, newspaper adds etc.
We asked Darren from Redstar to design a website for our company that was for information only. The site was designed to let our customers know dimensions of vans, basic prices, terms and conditions of hire etc. Once we had the site up and running Darren asked if he could try to increase the traffic to our site using various trade "tools" such as Adwords and also attempt to raise our Google rating. From the results it would appear that he succeeded as we are placed on the first page of most relevant searches with Google, Yahoo etc. Since then we have given Darren "carte blanche" to tinker with the site whenever he feels there is something he can improve. I have had no hesitation recommending Darren and his company to other people, and indeed, when I have done so, I have received nothing but thanks from these same people.
