When we were looking for our website to promote our new business we were given some recommended design companies by the busness development organisation of east lancashire, after researching them one company stood head and shoulders above the rest, that was Red-fern media.
We arranged a meeting to duscuss what design and features we wanted, and within days of giving them the basic idea's we wanted, we were invited to a first draft, i must say we were knocked over by what had been achieved in such a short time, and with our input, everything we needed was customised for us in a short space of time.
The fact that we can add features at any time, and at quite short notice is great for us, our website can be adapted to our business as it changes, and we are never stuck with a fixed website that can no longer provide what we and our customers need.
In short, help is always a text or phonecall away which is comforting should i problem arise, we can recommend Red-fern media without reservation, for a great website solution that does not break the bank.

We were very demanding customers as we had a clear understanding of what we wanted the site to achieve; Red-Fearn were always paitient and considerate of our requirements whilst providing excelolent technical advice in helping us to realise our vision. Red-Fern media solutions are a fantastic company, they are friendly, efficient, & approachable at all times.

They considered our needs as a new business, and they listened to what we wanted from our website.

They are patient & easy to talk too and from someone who is not really literate in website design & set-up they made sure we understood in simple terms what would work best for us and the reason why.

Through out the whole set-up of our website we were kept up to date & involved with the whole process & even though our website is now up and running, if we ever have any problems or need help, Sean and his team at Red-Fern Media are at the end of the phone to make sure your questions or problems are solved.

Red-Fern Media Solutions designed us a bespoke site for our Chlamydia Screening programme, aimed at Young people under 25. The site is perfect for this age group with relevant images and colours, and young people like it.
The site is a success as young people are using it to order the screening kits online themselves.
There is also complex searches built in to find where the young person's nearest testin site is using postcode searches.

Sean met us personally on numerous occasssions to discuss our needs and options, and was quick to respond and update our site accordingly. He was very flexible and we found him approachable and easy to work with.We used Redfern because they are part of a Media Village and we use the other company, Academy Print and Design for posters and marketing materials. The whole package of services is great-and all from a local site.
