A: RAAMweb Hosting and Internet Services is a leading provider of web hosting, vps, dedicated servers and web design. We also provide domain registration and transfer. Thousands of websites trust RAAMweb for their web hosting needs. Our aim is to provide solid, reliable web hosting at low costs, so that professional solutions become available to a wider range of web users.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office environment is laid back, but professional - we know when to be friendly and when to be professional and always seek to make sure our customers feel completely happy.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We are a small team, and work very well together both in and out of the office.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are small enough to care, but big enough to meet your needs - you will not be disappointed.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through word of mouth recommendations.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Start with a brief, then a quote, work commences and when client happy is handed over.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Keep in contact regularly, and if there are any particular elements of a design which in our professional opinion we think are not wise - we will always let a customer know. However the final say is always with the client, we just give advice.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Speak to them all, look at previous work, and make an informed decision based on your requirements as to which company fits best.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We hope to expand steadily and have at least 20 employees in the next 10 years.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web design industry is expanding hugely at the moment and will continue to expand into the future, as more and more of even the smallest businesses start to realise the potential of the internet.

A: Inherited from our parent company - RAAMaudio UK LTD.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Have a news or blog section, and update it once a week or month to keep fresh content on there, and boost your search ratings. If you can get a following of your blog with people commenting etc that can be of massive benefit.
