When we enquired about getting our web page set up with Qub3 Web Design, we were a little aprehensive due to the cost seeming very cheap compaired to other quotes that we had received.

Having a website was a new venture for me and I must admit it was quite daunting. Trying to find a company that wouldn't just try and say what you wanted to hear and then take your money was my greatest fear. However I feel that Qub3 were consistant and I was made to feel comfortable by my account manager 'Steve'.
My experience with Qub3web-design was a good one. I was constantly updated with various options and ideas of how I could develop my idea of having a be-spoke website. I am a bit of a perfectionist so i was forever having changes made and contacting Steve to let him know, Steve would always respond promptly with a positive attitude and never once saying "we can't do that". Even up until now if I call or email Steve with a problem with regards to my website he will get it sorted. I was also impressed with the price with such a quality easy to use website!!!

We received a good service from Qub3. They listened to all of our input. Any alterations to be made during the setting up process were done promptly and efficiently. We did feel that they could have done a spell check before sending us the first draft as there were a few basic errors in spelling and grammer. We are currently happy with the final website layout.
i found the website designer, (Steve), to be very understanding of my requirements.
after several alterations, additions etc, i was pleased with the end result and more importantly, the speed of which the site was turned around.
i found that Steve talked in a pain, none technical manner and he kept me informed along the process.
although i don't have an "all bells and whistles" site, i'm sure that i could entrust Steve and the rest of the guys at qub3 to come up with the goods.
