Qub3 Web Design: ”To provide forward-thinking, innovative solutions for small and medium-sized businesses to help them promote their business at an affordable level.”

WWDC: Describe your office environment.
Qub3 Web Design: ”a small office with all staff working together. Background music playing the staff's favourite tunes! Tea and coffee all day!”

WWDC: Describe how your team interact and work together.
Qub3 Web Design: ”We have similar tastes in music! We're able to bounce ideas off eachother, work smartly to make sure deadlines are met, but also having fun in the process!”

WWDC: What makes you different from other web design companies?
Qub3 Web Design: ”Because we're a small company, we make sure our clients are totally satisfied. We're a creative group here, so we'll often throw different ideas at our clients to see which concept they most prefer.”

WWDC: How do you get the majority of your business?
Qub3 Web Design: ”Primarily through cold calling, however we're on plenty of directories, so we do get some business through those.”

WWDC: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
Qub3 Web Design: ”We make sure the client is happy with the design and implementation. We work with them to define the concept, content, and marketing of the site, to ensure total satisfaction.”

WWDC: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
Qub3 Web Design: ”Being friendly, yet pro-active. Creating ideas and concepts off our own back, without leaving it to the client. Let's face it, we're the experts, so we give you our thoughts and ideas, and worth with you to decide which one works best for you.”

WWDC: How do you manage demanding clients?
Qub3 Web Design: ”We ensure that all our clients receive the dedicated service they need. Any problems or ammendments are dealt with effectively, to meet the needs and demands of every client.”

WWDC: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Qub3 Web Design: ”It all boils down to their cost, and the design, and how well they market the site. The cheapest design companies are good if you simply want to leave a site on the internet for no purpose, as most of their money is made up by the client asking for extra's. Expensive agencies are more about the profit, not the client. ”

WWDC: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
Qub3 Web Design: ”Providing a complete solution to all businesses, from graphic design & print media, as well as web design, to all aspects of marketing and PR.”

WWDC: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
Qub3 Web Design: ”I see it majorly being a necessity for businesses to advertise on the web. In the near future, the majority of clients looking for products and services will look straight on the internet.”

WWDC: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
Qub3 Web Design: ”Both PC and Mac”

WWDC: How was your company name chosen?
Qub3 Web Design: ”It's rather a blur, we had a short list of about ten names, one being 'cube'. We then thought that was rather dull, so changed the letters, so you still pronounce it as 'cube' but written as qub3.”

WWDC: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
Qub3 Web Design: ”Make sure its content is packed full of keywords, but yet still an interesting read for the viewer. Ensure the design is eye-catching, to make the client want to find out more about your business.”
