After an initial introduction by email, Joanne and I had a lengthy discussion on the phone where we talked in depth about what I required and wanted. I felt very confident at that point that we were on the same wavelength and that Joanne would be able to translate what I was after.
Joanne took on board wholeheartedly my requests and came up with that and more. She was a pleasure to work with and kept me up to date constantly.
I am absolutley delighted with what Joanne has produced. I know what I wanted and I know what I asked for, but seeing it translated in to my website and seeing perfect strangers' glowing compliments (not just my Dad!) shows how talented and experienced Joanne is to take on board everything and translate it into visual proof is amazing.
We had a big hassle of changing over the domain, which Joanne kept me calm about. And when we first went live and things I'd updated in the interim didn't show, again Joanne was incredibly calm and patient with my concerns. It was rectified within 24 hours.
I can not recommend Joanne highly enough anfd would definitely be the first peron I would contact in the future should I need similar work done.
Communication was excellent throughout the development of the website. Be began with a face-to-face consultation to discuss in detail the requirements and expectations. All subsequent communication was via regular e-mail.
I felt very much involved throughout the development process with very regular (more often once/twice daily) communication throughout. Our needs were quickly understood and our biggest issue, speedy delivery, was certainly provided.
There was some use of 'jargon' not immediately understood by ourselves, but all queries were promptly responded.
Final outcome was excellent. Every detail we commented on was attended to. Our revised site was up and running a week before the deadline. We provided 'indications' of what we were looking for be means of sample sites we had seen elsewhere and this proved invaluable to achieving what we wanted within the timescale. We were quite taken back by (a) the time taken to respond, and (b) the quality of delivery - both were exceptional.
To summarise, we were extremely pleased with the delivered product and would highly recommend Poppy Designs to anyone looking for that added 'personal touch'
The company communicated on a regular basis providing an update on progress and outlined when actions were required on my part. Useful suggestions were made along the way to optimise the website and this greatly assisted in the decision making process. I wanted a website with a strong design input and not just a website built. The company delivered a super product with a strong image and this fully met my expectations . There was some IT jargon but this down to my unfamilarity with web design/hosting rather than the company themselves. Any queries were soon answered. I would recommend the company to others.
I have a very open relationship with my designer, we were in contact on almost a daily basis while she was working on the website. Even now she is still in contact and did over and above what was expected. All the things I wanted was incorporated into the design, even the fact that I did not have any prior experience of webdesinging was taken into consideration and she helped and guided me all the way.
I was part of the process all along, all the technical elements were described and she ensured she understood exactly what I wanted throughout the project.
I am more than happy with the end result, she helped me do last minute changes as to ensure that the site is accessable and userfriendly - just the way I wanted it. The website looks fresh, modern and very professional!
She has offered help with any technical difficulties that might arise in the first few weeks of going live - can't ask for more than what they provided. I am one satisfied customer!!
I have been absolutely delighted with the work of Poppy Design & Graphics Ltd. From the beginning, plenty of effort was made to really understand what I needed and wanted to achieve from the site. Everything that would happen throughout the project was made clear so I knew what to expect at each stage. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process, and always felt informed. Any questions always received a prompt response and anything remotely technical that I didn't quite understand was explained in simple terms. I had an overwhelming sense that I was in good hands throughout. Such reliability should not be taken for granted. As for expectations, my site was complete a week before deadline, much to my delight. I have been blown away with the professionalism of Poppy Design. Nothing is too much trouble and the results speak for themselves.
Joanne once more hit the nail on the head interpreting our requests and producing the perfect design from the start. Communication speed is always excellent, and any requests were not a problem We came recommended from someone, and I have to say would recommend her services to anyone who asks. We have seen a dramatic increase in online enquiries, and get huge positive feedback about the site from all who see it. For professional service, quality of design, and cost, you cannot get better.

Joanne is a master at what she does. Her interpretation of my ideas was spot on, the speed of replies and service was exceptional, and the final product I cannot fault. She was so good that I had her design all of my stationery, and recommend her to anyone who asks. A very well run design and build contract - Poppy were very helpful in explaining technical stuff to non-technical people in a very clear manner with no hint of aloofness. The project started late (my fault) but was deliverd to the original completion schedule and worked very well when launched. A great company providing great value.
