Came across very professional at first, promised the site in less than 3 weeks, 2nd email I received from them was we are closed for the next 3 weeks, after 6 weeks all they had produced was a template and 1 image, they copied and paisted all my notes and somehow managed to make numerous spelling mistakes and even got the prices wrong, promised royalty free photographs didnt happen, I was assured I would be dealing with a professional on a one to one basis days passed by I found myself repeating emails on a daily basis, after paying a substantial deposit it was as though all professionalism had gone out of the window. all the above are proven FACTS.
Dont make the same mistakes use a local company where you can work at close hand and see what is going on, and never pay up front, if they produce the goods you pay and they can then hand it over to you, win win situation.
Stop these cowboys from setting up over and over by writing reviews.

I contacted Pom Design and paid 50% of their fee up front and sent them a spec of what I wanted my website to look like. Pom Design took my money and delivered nothing, avoid this company at all costs, they completely ripped me off, were unresponsive and literally delivered nothing. Where is my website? Where is my money? Shamefully bad.
