If there were things that we thought needed changed we discussed the possibility, changing the design or layout from the original. I was recommended to PoLR by a 3rd party and initially spoke on several occasions over the phone and email before having a few f2f meetings pre design and pre launch. All considerations were taken into account and indeed developed further in a practical way, which is the first time a web company has done this and brought something extra to the table.
