Very happy with the final result, it took a while to get there but that was because I knew little about what I wanted the website to look like. Having the website built was a learning curve for me, having to learn new skills in sending info, photos etc.Patient and helpful while I struggled to enter the technological age! After firing ideas about we settled on a compromise of how I wanted the site to look and what would work best with search engines.Prompt and efficient in communication, the times when I didn't understand anything it was quickly explained to me. Any complications or comments were dealt with efficiently.Would highly recommend POLR to anybody.

From the beginning of our relationship with PoLR we outlined our desire to work closely with the designers on the look and feel of the site. As our products are very visual and physical, it was important to us that the site had a similar exciting feel but was easily navigable and practical as an E-Commerce site. We feel the team took time with us to make sure the end result was what we desired. With excellent communication throughout on all aspects of the build, they took time to explain how the cart operated to make sure we would be able to run the site once it was up and running and have provided us with ongoing support through the initial months. Ryan and Lynne were also able to provide us with an abundance of relevant marketing ideas and strategies that we had not previously considered, overall the experience has been one where we have learned a great deal too.
