We contacted a few companies when looking for a designer. Plastic Box was one of a few who replied and when we asked to meet within a couple for days there was no hesitation and work started. Some of the other companies called us back up to 2 weeks later, no good for us, too late.
We felt in control all the time and very hands on. Also had plenty of advice and Plastic Box spoke our language, free of computer tech terms we did and still do not understand, however have learnt a lot from them.
During the design we made many changes and requests which was never a problem for Plastic Box, always happy to help.
Our site was up and running within 2 months which was great and we are very happy with the end result and had some very good feedback.
We have no hesitation in recommending Plastic Box for website design.
I found the company easy to get hold of. I had a meeting to talk about what I wanted from my website. I felt my website reflects my company perfectly. I have had so many phone calls through my website - many more than I thought. This is because my website appears really high up in Google. I would recommend this company to any one. It's great value for money and the website has more than paid for itself in 6 months.
