As a web designer, Alex was absolutely superb from start to finish. His communication skills on the whole were efficient and when deliberating certain aspects of the design process, were more like instant messages than emails. As we had previous experience with a web designer based locally, we already had an idea of the sort of design ideas we were looking for, and as I understood Drupal and the web design method myself, it made the process easier and I felt it was a team effort in terms of ideas, although needless to say, ultimately Alex did the work. Both parishes in our Benefice were thrilled with the new website, and I continue to receive compliments from parishioners and from emails further afield all praising the site. There was a small complication in that the database was slightly larger than Alex had anticipated and many aspects of the original Drupal setup had not been configured correctly, so he had to - willingly, I might add - dedicate more time than perhaps he had initially thought he would have to. Small refinements have been ongoing since the launch, and now just one final part of the overall project remains, which is for Alex to setup a functioning site to train editors on, that is separate from the main site, but from previous experience, I am sure this will all go swimmingly too.
Alex was amazing! Even with a new born baby, he manged to get my site up on time and exactly as I had asked. All queries I had were handled in a timely and efficient manner and the site looked exactly as I envisioned. After service has also been great and he has always helped me out with any glitches if asked. i am so happy with Pixel Air I asked Alex to be an expert on my website and happily recommend him to anyone who asks.

I was not present during the initial stages of the web design so am limited in my responses to this stage, including the time scale. I am also unaware of the costs of the site as I am not on the accounts department.
However my experience of dealing with Alex came when the website was near completion.
I always managed to 'speak' to Alex via mobile, text emails etc.
Alex was very patient with us 'non-technical speak clients' he was very clear in his explanations and instructions. He dealt well with the fact that every decision went through a string of people before a final decision was made and that was usually changed again!
He answered all our questions and responded quickly to our requests and implemented changes quicky some in moments.
Our website designer communicated extremley well, he is very knowledgeable about content management systems and researched the best options for our requirements. He was always quick and efficient to answer any questions.
I felt very part of the process, all my needs were understood and appropriate suggestions were made with recommendations.
It was jargon free (thank goodness) as I didn't want to know too much about the technical side of things, I was more concerned with making sure the project was delivered on time and the site was functional and professional for the user and our customers.
I am very happy with the outcome. There were occasions were there was extra work undertaken by the designer at no extra cost to us and if there was any tecnhical problem it was addressed immediately and with regular updates.
I found Alex from Pixel-Air to be great to deal with from day one.
Firstly, he was interested in what I wanted to achieve with the proposed re-design of my website.
I contacted a few companies - and he was the most pro-active and actually came across like he wanted the business.
In the past, I have always built my own sites, so I felt I could talk about the newer methods I wanted implementing within my site more than your average joe.
Alex came up with a really nice design that I could still edit if needed, my customers always comment on what a great website I have and how it fits in with my off line marketing as well.
He gave me plenty of insight into how the build was going and delivered on budget in a good time-scale.
