The NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement is a newly formed organisation created to help promote innovation and service improvement within the National Health Service. The Institute’s target audience is one million NHS employees across the service. When Perfect Designing Limited was engaged, the Institute’s brand awareness was low and there was very little understanding of its research or product development capability.
Perfect Designing created a dynamic portal that increased the Institute’s visitor traffic by a factor of 10. Take-up of products and participation in research has both risen and the portal is now at the centre of marketing and product development going forward.
