Following a comprehensive initial meeting face to face with Ozum, they ran through my requirements in detail along with any ideas I may have. It was agreed in advance when the website would be completed which allowed us to plan our marketing and launch accordingly. They very quickly came up with fresh imaginative branding ideas responding to the initial brief. They patiently took on board the many suggestions and variations we wanted to see of the logo and web design and came back with revised designs very quickly. They handled the exchange in server and advised me of how it would affect my account and helped me set up on the new system. The CMS set up was very easy to use and self explanatory so I was able to edit the content from early on – working alongside the design to come up with the finished product. We were extremely happy with the final branding and website design which looks fresh, professional, and very easy to navigate! I would definitely recommend Ozum to any company looking for web design or branding services.

Working with Ozum has been a pleasure. From start to finish we were guided every step of the way in creating a full E-Commerce web site. Starting a new business at any time is a daunting task, but after a few months we realised it's potential. This potential would be greatly enhanced with the creation of our website, and that's where Ozum came in. We had an idea of what we wanted, and were soon pointed in the right direction. After months of hard work we eventually produced a site to proud of. Once launched, the site was producing orders within it's first few days, and we were sending parcels all over the country.
We continue to work closely with Ozum, and they are still working on small changes to maximise the sites full potential. I would personally like to thank the Ozum team for their Professionalism, help, guidance and support over the last few months, and look forward to working with them in the future.
