I had strong ideas about the design of my own site so in this respect it was perhaps more heavily client led than the norm! However Vicki listened to what I wanted and actually completely changed the site from her original design to suit my requirements. She emailed me links to interim designs to check out and alter as necessary so I was involved at each stage. She did add some of her own features and more importantly kept within a strict budget. I am very pleased with the resultant site and have subsequently transferred my web hosting to her.
The whole process was very straight forward everything was explained to me in a manner that was understandable. Any changes that where required where carried out and then sent back for my approval keeping me in the process all the time. Outhouse design also took care of my hosting requirements which have run smoothly with no down time to the website.
Communication was frequent, prompt and clear. The people at Outhouse were friendly and honest with me from the word go; always ensuring I understood what they were doing and why.
The final outcome was better than I had expected and was reached with minimal fuss.
I had no idea making web sites could be this much fun! LOL
I was very happy with the work carried out for me by Vicki and Kevin at Outhouse Design. Apart from the website they also helped me with some communication issues. The feedback from prospective clients has been very positive. Suggested changes were implemented very quickly and communication by telephone and email was always prompt.
