”90% of our business comes from referrals or existing clients, so we must be doing something right!”

”We firstly realise that every project is different and will require a degree of flexibility as to how the client wants to communicate with us. Generally the first stage is an initial meeting to define what they want to achieve, we then sit down as a team and decide on the best strategy for them and what services we believe would work for them. We then work closely with the client for the duration of the project, updating them at every opportunity to make sure we're on the right track”

What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?

”Understanding and a willingness to be flexible as no client is the same”

How do you manage demanding clients?
Organic Digital:
”We try and be as flexible and accommodating as we can, as i've already mentioned its about flexibility and understanding, both of which always help with demanding clients”

If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
Organic Digital:
”The first step is to decide what they want to achieve out of the project and get this down on paper in a brief, no matter how concise. Its always easier to quote and provide a proposal if the client has defined in their mind what they want to achieve first. Once they do that they should ask colleagues/friends/family for recommendations and search online for the companies that come high in the search engine results!”

”Mobile will be an increasing player as will the app market. Both of which we are preparing for. As for websites i think we'll find them more and more intuative and interactive.”
