The Friends of St Ninian's wanted a website with lots of interest, which looks wonderful, has lots of room to develop, and is simple to update. Orcadia Design has given us everything we wanted and did so by listening carefully to what we wanted, demonstrating how it works and giving excellent and straightforward training to the web-team. We're delighted and the site users love it.
Orcadia Design was recommended to me by a friend who had used their services to create a website for the Botanical Artists of Canada, of which I'm a member. I liked the design of this website better than anything else I'd seen and the price was right too. I approached Orcadia and got contract details which I ran past my computer help. He said it was a good contract. After a considerable delay while I procrastinated about what I wanted to put on the site, I contacted Johanna at Orcadia.
There were some initial delays with Orcadia, but once we got rolling everything went ahead very smoothly and I found Johanna very easy to work with and very accommodating. She produced an excellent website for me and responded quickly to requests for changes. In particular, she was very helpful in revising the website to deal with copyright issues that arose when I wished to mount images I had created but for which I didn't own the copyright. At one point I had difficulty in supplying her with an image that I wanted to put on my site and she was able to download it from another site. All in all, I have been very pleased with the website and with the working relationship I've had with Johanna.
A great web design company, developed a new web site for our company with very high results. We sent a copy by email link to all our contacts, and received many complements and high praise. We could not believe the finished product, it was far better than we had ever hoped for.
Would use them again, and have already recomended them to several others.
I commissioned a website from Orcadia Design for our new self catering apartment and I am delighted with the end result. The website looks fresh and modern and conveys the type of look we were hoping for.
I felt involved in the process from the start and was kept up to date with the various stages reached. Johanna is very aproachable for someone like me who does not understand the first thing about how websites work, and nothing is too much trouble.
I am currently trying to get to grips with learning how to update my own bookings on the site and appreciate the help and support being given in this. It is not a case of once you pay the money you are on your own. The aftercare seems to be very good as well
I would reccomend Orcadia Design to others looking to set up their own website too.

Innovative design with the WOW factor, very professional company. The final product exeeded my expectations. Johanna was helpful & supportive throughout.. Communication was excellent & I had a 'live link' to check progress as often as I wanted. I could make comments or suggestions and these were considered at each stage of the design process. Advice was offered throughout and nothing has been too much trouble. Orcadia Design quote their fee up front & offer very good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this company & indeed will use again.
