I wanted a new logo for my business. I already had ideas of what I wanted but couldn't get them down on paper right, so Phillipa at Open Door Media came to the rescue! She worked really hard and took all my ideas on board and came up with loads of her own suggestions too. Changing or editing things till it was right for me wasn't a problem for them. My logo is everything I wanted and more and I am over the moon with it.

I would highly recommend ODM - and do! to anyone I know that is after web design services of any sort.

I used open door media services to create a website for my craft business. I found the consultant very knowledgeable and helpful, always able to make suggestions when I wasn't sure what was needed whilst still taking my opinion on board. Information was always explained to me in a jargon free way as I have little web knowledge. They were always happy to make any changes that I required, no matter how small they may be. In short, the website exceeded far above my expectations and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anybody else.

I chose Open Door Media as it was pretty local to us and we were able to visit face to face for a consultation. This is a very big bonus being able to get to know the person who is going to be building your idea. Open Door media were great from start to finish always giving me ideas and tips. Whatever I asked they deivered and are still on the look out for me, which helps when not IT friendly. Will certainly recommend them for action, price & involvement. Photos and ideas were well presented and showed my self catering property off to a great start, lets hope I can keep it up and make it all worthwhile. The whole design process went smoothly and I gained some excellent ideas and marketing tips. I'm back again! This is my second site created by Pip, and WHAT a site!!
If I wasn't already thrilled with my Little Cherry site, the latest Black Cherry one blew my socks off! I've had loads of input with this one in terms of how I wanted it to look and Pip stepped right upto the mark and just got everything spot on AND more. She knew where I wanted to go with it and added the most awesome stuff. If I had any trouble lining things up or adding images (which I did quite a lot!) she was right on hand to sort it in a flash. I'm sad that I don't have a third website to set up because being so involved and watching the site being built was so exciting! If I ever did need a third site...I know who'd be making it, that's for sure!

Thank-you Pip for another amazing creation. You couldn't have got it any more perfect!

As usual, working with Phillippa and ODM, I come away feeling sorry it is over. Phillippa's constant attention to detail, both from a design and management point of view, make working with ODM more a pleasure than anything else.

With an excellent work ethic and constant good humour I knew right away that my business was in good hands. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Their up to the minute knowledge of design and technology, coupled with a very old school devotion to service make them stand out from the crowd in my opinion. There are no call centre menus to navigate, no voicemail messages when I want to get through. I make a call and I speak to a real human being immediately.
