From the onset, Michael visited me at home after work to have an initial design meeting for the new website. I found this helpful as I am a self employed builder and try to fit other work related things outside of work hours.

He communicated well with me giving me ideas on what website visitors expected from a website and the kind of information they usually look for in my line of work like examples of my work and contact information etc.

I have been with Michael and OPD Design for over a year now and recently renewed the website hosting with him. The process was painful, he even went the extra line and gave us a 30 day period to pay the hosting renewal fees, which certainly helped my cash flow!
