Isn’t it wonderful and extremely rare when someone over-delivers?

Having been looking for a local web design and build Company to deliver my first ecommerce website for ‘ The Fruity One’ venture I came across a ‘Shop Online’ Website for a fellow local business that really caught my eye and discovered it had been designed by OOVEE. I immediately followed the link to their website and contacted them right away. From the moment I first dealt with Zane and the team at Oovee I was made to feel comfortable and at ease and despite my limited budget I was quickly inspired with confidence at what could be achieved.

Oovee set up an initial face-too-face meeting in order to get a good feel for my Website aspirations and exactly what I was looking to achieve and provided me with a good overview of the Company and the various options and possibilities available to me within my budget. Zane didn’t try and baffle with IT speak and set out everything in plain and simple business terms. We set a ‘wish list’ in motion and Zane even agreed to create me a striking new Company logo and provide assistance with my photography needs.

Although I have to admit, I'm quite a demanding customer, I have not been disappointed. Oovee have done an excellent and highly professional job quickly, effectively and within budget. Communication was a breeze through a combination of the use of email, telephone and OOVEE’s on line assistance via their Client Profile arena.

Zane made many great suggestions along the way to help me get my shop up and running and even did some work over and above what we had initially agreed upon – thanks Zane.

I am extremely pleased and excited at launching my new e-commerce website and love the look and feel that Zane, Oovee and I have created together. Oovee have taken my aspirations and designed me a fully functional and eye-catching site that I can be very proud of.

I am confident that Zane will carry on the good service ensuring that software upgrades and search engine optimisation remains a priority and that my website climbs to the top of the Fruit & Gift giving charts, subsequently getting the hits it deserves the rest I understand is totally up to me!
