I first contacted Online-ology when we had problems with our then current website. I was so impressed with their knowledge and help that when it came to changing the website they were our first port of call.
I had found the company to be extremely helpful in all aspects of the website; they really go beyond to help you create a profitable and successful site. Our customers are always complementing us on the new site which has driven much more business our way.
Through the design process I felt listened to, and every step was explained in a simple to understand way. I never felt lost with unnecessary jargon and even feel I have leant a little about websites. I was also impressed with the value for money in comparison to other quotes.
I was impressed that the company treat our website as if it was their own business and any problems that occurred were dealt with immediately and efficiently.

I can't speak highly enough of Onlineology and in particular Alyson Johnson who managed our recent web design project for us. Her and her team came up with a series of alternative designs and useful advice which were then slowly whittled down to a high quality finished product.
There was a lot to do behind the scenes in agreeing copy, pictures and layout, amending and refining etc, and Alyson exercised extreme patience and good humour in working through every iteration with us. She was at all times professional and communicative, making sure we were satisfied at every step and turning things round under tight deadlines.
The development work was also extremely good value, and overall we couldn't fault the service we have had. I wish Onlineology every success with the business - they deserve it.

For some time I had been meaning to update my simple one page DIY website, but never found a web designer I had confidence in or could afford! A phone call from Caroline changed that! She made me feel at ease and unpressured to make a decision to go ahead and, gave me great confidence in Onlineology’s ability to do the right job at a price I could afford. Once the process was set in motion, the ideas came rolling in on a daily basis. The emphasis was always on what was right for my business and never on what was easiest and quickest for Onlineology. The end result is a great website, incorporating all that I want, whilst remaining easy to understand and navigate. In the few weeks it has been live we have seen a significant increase in online bookings from our own website. Better than paying commission to Accommodation Directories such as Lastminute.com. I can see the new site paying for the development costs within a few months.
I run a small Guest House, but feel I was given the same attention by Caroline and Alyson as some of the big boys they obviously deal with. Even now, after I’ve paid the invoice, Alyson is still working for me, trying to find a simple text editor so that I can make simple changes to my site.

Good piece of work to build the website for my start-up business. Onlineology provided me with a choice of designs and, after a joint review, I chose the one that was right for me. As a traditional end-user, I changed my mind a few times and they worked hard to accommodate the changes.
I don't recall them baffling me with jargon, and what we've ended up with is a great site.
Did they do something exceptional? Yes, I wanted to provide the content for the site and they suggest that what I'd written could be improved if I changed a few things. So we worked together to correct that. They even helped me get the site running and sort out an irritating set-up issue I had with my ISP.
