A: To make every website we create an award winning one, and to make every customer we deal with, very happy with their end result.

A: As a small business, we are proud to work in a home environment, knowing the saving is passed on to the customer each time!

A: We speak to our clients on a personal note to ask them what they require; if we produce something they don't like we are more than happy to change it to something they do like.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth advertising is how we like to spread the knowledge of Online Easy. The use of business cards really help as well.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We work hard to ensure that every design we create meets exact client specification. We approach every website with a fresh viewpoint and develop unique, tailor made solutions, not just another template with your name on it!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being responsive - listening to the client - respect - honesty and being friendly and helpful.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: All clients should be demanding, we are here to ensure that the client gets the exact result that they require regardeless of how demanding this might be.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Ask for testamonials. Existing clients are the key to good decision making. Get phone numbers for recent clients, even better, pick them yourself from the portfolio and call them. Talk to them as they really know first hand what the company you are looking at is like.

A: In 10 years, i hope that Online Easy will be a well known brand, the name just rolls off peoples minds when they think about web design. Online easy are the place to go if you want a professional website, and also affordable.

A: We chosen Online Easy to emphasise how easy it is to get Online, With Online Easy. This emphasises how quick our turnover of each website is, and how easy the process of doing that can be.

A: Make sure you keep your site active. Fresh content and unique ideas will always keep you ahead of the game.
